Virtualization of IT in Hotelbusiness

Commundo Tagungshotels, a hotel group of 8 hotels over whole germany, 315 seminar and event rooms as well as 1550 hotel rooms, had to become extreme flexible in driving their over all IT infrastructure. 

Every day they rolled out 50 seminars – means 50 new instances of pc seminars rooms with in average 8 virtual PC Clients per room; this makes roundabout 80.000 per year. 

The challenge was to reduce time, staff utilization and costs to allow more flexibility for IT administrators in controlling the infrastructure at all.
